Not later that September 30, 2023, the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Comptroller General of the United States and experts determined by the Secretary, shall evaluate the marketing and recruiting efforts of the Department of Defense to determine how to use social media and other technology platforms to convey to young people the opportunities and benefits of service in the covered Armed Forces. In this section, the term covered Armed Force means the following: The Army. The Navy. The Marine Corps. The Air Force. The Space Force.
