Section 9005(g)(2)(E)(i) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( 33 U.S.C. 3303a(g)(2)(E)(i) ) is amended by striking 2023 and inserting 2026 . Section 1020 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 2223 ) is amended— in subsection (d), by striking 10 years after the date of enactment of this Act and inserting on December 31, 2026 ; and in subsection (e)(1)(B), by striking 10 years after the date of enactment of this Act and inserting December 31, 2026 .
Section 3017(e) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 3303a note) is amended by striking the date that is 10 years after the date of enactment of this Act and inserting December 31, 2026 . Section 507(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ( 16 U.S.C. 4701 note) is amended by striking 2024 and inserting 2026 . Section 309(e) of the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act ( 16 U.S.C. 3957(e) ) is amended by striking 10 and inserting 12 .
