Section 571 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 371) is amended by striking subsection
(a)and inserting the following: In this section, the term central West Virginia means the counties of Lewis, Upshur, Randolph, Hardy, Hampshire, Morgan, Berkeley, Jefferson, Hancock, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel, Tyler, Pleasants, Wood, Doddridge, Monongalia, Marion, Harrison, Taylor, Barbour, Preston, Tucker, Mineral, Grant, Brooke, and Ritchie, West Virginia. .
