The Secretary shall indicate in the service record of a member or employee of the Corps of Engineers who performs covered duty that such member or employee was exposed to microcystin in the line of duty. In this section, the term covered duty means duty performed— during a period when the Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that there is a concentration of microcystin of greater than 8 parts per billion in the waters of Lake Okeechobee resulting from a harmful algal bloom in such lake; and at or near any of the following structures: S–77. S–78. S–79. S–80. S–308.
