Section 1108(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 ( 33 U.S.C. 2263a(a) ) is amended by inserting , hydrilla after elodea . Section 128(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ( 33 U.S.C. 610 note) is amended to read as follows: In carrying out the demonstration program under subsection (a), the Secretary shall undertake program activities related to harmful algal blooms in— the Great Lakes; the tidal and inland waters of the State of New Jersey, including Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey; the coastal and tidal waters of the State of Louisiana; the waterways of the counties that comprise the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, California; the Allegheny Reservoir Watershed, New York;
Lake Okeechobee, Florida; the Caloosahatchee and St. Lucie Rivers, Florida; Lake Sidney Lanier, Georgia; Rio Grande River Basin, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas; lakes and reservoirs in the State of Ohio; Detroit Lake, Oregon; and Ten Mile Lake, Oregon. . Section 501(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ( 33 U.S.C. 610 note) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, California. .
