Section 1116 of the WIIN Act (130 Stat. 1639) is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking during the 1-year period ending on the date of enactment of this Act and inserting for at least 2 years during the 10-year period preceding a request from a non-Federal interest for assistance under this section ; and in subsection (b)(4), by inserting , including measures utilizing a natural feature or nature-based feature (as those terms are defined in section 1184(a)) to reduce drought risk after water supply .
