In this section, the term reception areas has the meaning given such term in section 41(c) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 ( 22 U.S.C. 2713(c) ). The Secretary may sell goods and services at fair market value and use the proceeds of such sales for administration and related support of the reception areas. Amounts collected pursuant to the authority provided under subsection
(b)may be deposited into an account in the Treasury, to remain available until expended.
