Not later than six months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a briefing regarding the feasibility and advisability of establishing complex overhaul pay. In this section, the term complex overhaul pay means a special monthly pay— established pursuant to regulations prescribed under section 352 of title 37, United States Code; paid to a member of the Armed Forces assigned to a naval vessel undergoing nuclear refueling or defueling, and any concurrent complex overhaul; in addition to any other pay or allowance to which a member is entitled; and in an amount equal to $200 per month.
