In this subtitle: The term credentialed mariner means an individual with a merchant mariner credential. The term merchant mariner credential has the meaning given such term in section 7510(d) of title 46, United States Code. The term uniformed services has the meaning given the term uniformed services in section 2101 of title 5, United States Code.
