The Administrator of the Small Business Administration shall consider applications submitted but not reviewed during the covered period under section 331 of the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9009b ) or section 1110(e) of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9009 ) for receipt of assistance under the applicable section, until the earlier of the date on which— funds appropriated under the applicable section are expended; or all eligible applicants have received such assistance.
