Section 1404(a)(2)(A) of the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 ( 34 U.S.C. 20103(a)(2)(A) ) is amended by striking victims of sexual assault, spousal abuse, or child abuse and inserting victims of sexual assault, victims of spousal abuse, victims of child abuse, victims of firearm violence, or the family members of victims of homicide . Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall make a rule to carry out the amendment made by subsection (a), which rule shall provide that a State receiving funds under section 1404 of the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 ( 34 U.S.C. 20103 ) shall reserve not less than 10 percent for each priority group described in such section 1404(a)(2)(A), as amended by subsection (a).
