Beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, the importation of any petroleum product (as such term is defined in section 3 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6202 )) originating from Russia, Iran, or Venezuela into the customs territory of the United States (as such term is defined in General Note 2 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule) is prohibited.
