Subsection
(e)of section 304 of the DNA Sexual Assault Justice Act of 2004 ( 34 U.S.C. 40723 ), as redesignated by section 4 of this Act, is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2028 to carry out this section. .
