This Act shall not prevent or affect the rights provided to labor organizations under section 9 of the National Labor Relations Act ( 29 U.S.C. 159 ). This Act shall not affect the rights and responsibilities of employees under the National Labor Relations Act ( 29 U.S.C. 151 et seq. ), except with respect to the amendments made to section 2(5) and section 8 of the National Labor Relations Act ( 29 U.S.C. 152(5) ; 29 U.S.C. 158 ) by sections 2 and 5 of this Act.
