There are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Diné College, for each fiscal year, such sums as may be necessary to pay for the operation and maintenance of the College. The Secretary shall fund the operation and maintenance of the Diné College separately from tribal colleges and universities recognized and funded by the Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities Assistance Act of 1978 ( 25 U.S.C. 1801 et seq. ). In addition to amounts appropriated under subsection
(a), there are authorized to be appropriated $7,500,000, for each fiscal year, to carry out section 6 .
