Section 1135(e) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1320b–5(e) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, a waiver or modification of requirements pursuant to subsection (b)(8) shall terminate on the date that is two years after the last day of the emergency period described in subsection (g)(1)(B). .
