The second title VIII of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1683 et seq. ; relating to softwood lumber), as added by section 3301 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–246 ; 122 Stat. 1844), is repealed.
