Except as otherwise provided, in this title— a term used that is defined in section 3 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3102 ) shall have the meaning given such term; and an allotment, allocation, or other provision of funds made in accordance with a provision of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3101 et seq.) shall be made in compliance with the applicable requirements of such Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3101 et seq.), including the applicable requirements of section 182(e) of such Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3242(e) ).
