App.) and inserting chapter 131 of title 5, United States Code, . Section 109(b) of the Puerto Rico Oversight, Management, and Economic Stability Act ( 48 U.S.C. 2129(b) ) is amended by striking section 102 of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.). and inserting section 13104 of title 5, United States Code. . Section 106(p)(6)(I)(i) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking section 101(f) of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 for purposes of title I of such Act; except that section 101(d) of such Act and inserting section 13103(f) of title 5 for purposes of subchapter I of chapter 131 of such title; except that section 13103(d) of such title . Section 710(b)(5)(B) of the Defense Production Act of 1950 ( 50 U.S.C. 4560(b)(5)(B) ) is amended— by striking section 101 of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, and inserting section 13103 of title 5, United States Code, ; and by striking section 107 of that Act and inserting section 13109 of title 5, United States Code, .
