Section 312(a) ( 16 U.S.C. 1861a(a) ) is amended by redesignating paragraphs
(2)through
(4)as paragraphs
(3)through (5), and by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following: The Secretary shall make a decision regarding a request from a Governor under paragraph
(1)within 90 days after receiving an estimate of the economic impact of the fishery resource disaster from the entity requesting the relief. .
