(2)of section 119(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking or at the end of subparagraph (C), by inserting or at the end of subparagraph (D), and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: any individual who is an election official, a poll worker, or an election volunteer in connection with an election for a Federal office; .
