Section 4 of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 ( 52 U.S.C. 20503 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Notwithstanding subsection (b), the following provisions shall apply to a State described in paragraph
(2)thereof: Section 6A (as added by section 1021(a) of the Voter Registration Modernization Act of 2021). Section 8(a)(1)(E) (as added by section 1021(c)(1) of the Voter Registration Modernization Act of 2021). Section 8(a)(5) (as amended by section 1021(c)(2) of Voter Registration Modernization Act of 2021), but only to the extent such provision relates to section 6A. Section 8(j) (as added by section 1024 of the Voter Registration Modernization Act of 2021), but only to the extent such provision relates to section 6A. .
