As soon as practicable after the date of the enactment of this Act, in compliance with all environmental and other applicable laws, the Secretary of the Interior shall complete all remaining feasibility studies associated with the following projects: Del Puerto Canyon Reservoir, located in the foothills of the Coast Range mountains west of Patterson, California. San Luis Reservoir in the San Joaquin Valley, California.
