Section 12 of the Act of May 29, 1884 (known as the Animal Industry Act) ( 21 U.S.C. 113a ) is amended by inserting ( after 7 U.S.C. 3105(a) ) section 10(a) of the Bankhead-Jones Act of 1935 .
