Section 131(c) of the Higher Education Amendments of 1968 ( Public Law 90–575 , 20 U.S.C. 1087–51 note) is amended by inserting ( after 20 U.S.C. 1087–51 et seq. ) part C of title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 .
