Section 1599h(b)(2)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph (1)(B) and inserting subparagraph
(B)of paragraph
(1); and by inserting or employees appointed pursuant to the first subparagraph
(G)of such paragraph to any of 2 positions of administration or management designated by the Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency for purposes of this subparagraph after this subparagraph .
