Title X of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3191 et seq. ) is amended by inserting after section 1024 the following new section (and conforming the table of contents at the beginning of such Act accordingly): The Director may, with or without reimbursement, obligate or expend amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence for covered workforce activities for the purpose of supporting a covered workforce activity of an element of the intelligence community.
In this section, the term covered workforce activity means an activity relating to— recruitment or retention of the intelligence community workforce; or diversity, equality, inclusion, or accessibility, with respect to such workforce. .
