The Secretary of the Navy shall be responsible for the timely— reconstruction of Lone Tree Road leading to the B–16 range; reconstruction and relocation of State Highway 361 in the B–17 range; and relocation of Sand Canyon/Red Mountain Roads as depicted on the Map. The withdrawal and reservation of the withdrawal lands shall not affect the following roads and associated rights-of-way: U.S. Highways 50 and 95. State Routes 121 and 839. County roads identified as Simpson Road, East County Road, Earthquake Fault Road, Fairview Peak Road, and Pole Line Road.
The withdrawal and reservation of the withdrawal lands shall not obstruct or interfere with the ability of the County to seek adjudication of claims for existing County roads under section 2477 of the Revised Statutes ( 43 U.S.C. 932 ), repealed by section 706(a) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 ( Public Law 94–579 ; 90 Stat. 2793).
