Effective on the date that is 5 years after the date that is 6 months after the date of the enactment of the Improving Medicare Coverage Act , this Act (including the amendments made by this Act) is repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by this Act is hereby restored or revived as if this Act had not been enacted into law.
