Section 8012 of division Z of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 ( Public Law 116–260 ) is amended by striking subsection (b)(1) and inserting the following: to carry out sections 8006, 8013, 8014, 8015, 8016, 8017, 8018, 8019, 8020 and the amendments made by sections 8001, 8002, and 8005 of this title— $371,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $385,550,000 for fiscal year 2023; $400,577,500 for fiscal year 2024; $420,606,375 for fiscal year 2025; and $441,636,694 for fiscal year 2026. .
