Section 803 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16152 ) is amended— in paragraph (5), by striking the paragraph designation and heading and all that follows through when in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)and inserting the following: The terms portable and storage , when ; by redesignating paragraphs
(1)through
(7)as paragraphs
(2)through (8), respectively; and by inserting before paragraph
(2)(as so redesignated) the following: The terms clean hydrogen and hydrogen mean hydrogen produced in compliance with the greenhouse gas emissions standard established under section 822(a), including production from any fuel source. .
