Section 112(a) of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5106h(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking to carry out through fiscal year 2010 and inserting to carry out this title $270,000,000 for fiscal year 2022 ; and by striking 2011 through 2015 and inserting 2023 through 2027 ; and by striking paragraph (2)(A) and inserting the following: Of the amounts appropriated for a fiscal year under paragraph (1), the Secretary shall make available 30 percent of such amounts, or $100,000,000, whichever is less, to fund discretionary activities under this title. .
