Any activity receiving assistance under this Act shall be subject to— the requirements and restrictions, including the labor standards, that apply to activities under title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3111 et seq. ) as provided under section 181 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3241 ); the requirements for nondiscrimination that apply to activities under such title as provided under section 188 of such Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3248 ); and any other applicable Federal law.
