Section 12409 of the Federal Ocean Acidification Research and Monitoring Act of 2009 ( 33 U.S.C. 3708 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking subtitle— and all that follows through paragraph
(4)and inserting the following: subtitle— $20,500,000 for fiscal year 2023; $22,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $24,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $26,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; and $28,000,000 for fiscal year 2027. ; and in subsection (b), by striking subtitle— and all that follows through paragraph
(4)and inserting the following: subtitle, $20,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2023 through 2027. .
