Section 70924(b) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( Public Law 117–58 ) is amended to read as follows: The Administrator of the General Services Administration and the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology, shall jointly ensure that businesses that participate in the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership, and so desire, are automatically enrolled in General Services Administration Advantage. .
