Section 285 of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2271 note) is amended by striking 2021 each place it appears and inserting 2028 . Section 236(a)(2)(A) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2296(a)(2)(A) ), as amended by section 110(c)(2)(B), is further amended— by striking shall not exceed $450,000,000 and inserting the following: shall not exceed— $450,000,000 ; by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $1,000,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2022 through 2028. .
Section 246(b)(1) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2318(b)(1) ) is amended by striking 2021 and inserting 2028 . Section 245(a) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2317(a) ) is amended by striking 2021 and inserting 2028 . Section 255(a) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2345(a) ) is amended in the first sentence by adding at the end before the period the following: and $50,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2022 through 2028 . (b)section 279A of the Trade Act of 1974 (as redesignated by section 301) is amended— by striking $500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 and inserting $1,300,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2028 ; and by striking section 271(a)(2) and inserting section 279(a)(2) . Section 298(a) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2401g(a) ) is amended by striking 2021 and inserting 2028 .
