Section 293(d) ( 19 U.S.C. 2401b(d) ) of the Trade Act of 1974 is amended by adding at the end the following: Data or information on the success of the program in assisting agricultural commodity producers to become more competitive. The demographic information (including race, ethnicity, gender, income level, and age) of agricultural commodity producers, including whether those producers are from underserved communities. .
