Section 235 of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2295 ) is amended— in paragraph (3)— by inserting after regional areas the following: (including information about registered apprenticeship programs, on-the-job training opportunities, and other work-based learning opportunities) ; and by inserting after suitable training the following: , information regarding the track record of a training provider’s ability to successfully place participants into suitable employment ; by redesignating paragraph
(8)as paragraph (9); and by inserting after paragraph
(7)the following: Information related to direct job placement, including facilitating the extent to which employers within the community commit to employing workers who would benefit from the employment and case management services under this section. .
