Section 1305(a)(2) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2010 ( 2 U.S.C. 1827(a)(2) ) is amended by inserting after refreshments, the following: transportation and other related expenses incurred by employees in commuting between their residence and their place of employment, . Section 1305(a) of such Act ( 2 U.S.C. 1827(a) ) is amended— by striking and at the end of paragraph (1); by striking the period at the end of paragraph
(2)and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: accept contributions of, and may incur obligations and make expenditures out of available appropriations for, supplies, products, and services necessary to respond to the emergency, which may be provided for the use of any office which is located within any building, grounds, or facility for which the Architect of the Capitol is responsible for the maintenance, care, and operation, on a reimbursable or non-reimbursable basis subject to the availability of funds. . The amendments made by subsections
(a)and
(b)shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2021 and each succeeding fiscal year.
