Section 18(g)(5) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1769(g)(5) ) is amended by striking subparagraph
(B)and inserting the following: serve a high proportion of identified students (as defined in paragraph
(8)of section 1113(a) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6313(a) )); .
