Sec. 5. Mandatory application of sanctions

No later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall impose the sanctions described in section 3 of this Act with respect to each individual specified in subsection (b). The individuals specified in this subsection are the following: Wu Yingjie. Wang Yang. Han Zheng. Xia Baolong.
