Section 602(b)(1) of the International Forestry Cooperation Act of 1990 ( 16 U.S.C. 4501(b)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (G), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (H), by inserting and at the end; and by adding at the end the following: activities that increase forest carbon stock (as defined in section 2 of the Trillion Trees Act), including reforestation and afforestation (as such terms are defined in such section) programs. .
