Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available under the heading Millennium Challenge Corporation from prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs, $100,000,000 are rescinded. Of the unobligated and unexpended balances from amounts available under the heading Embassy Security, Construction, and Maintenance from prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs, $42,000,000 are rescinded.
Of the unobligated and unexpended balances from amounts available under the heading Contributions for International Peacekeeping Activities from prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs, $100,000,000 are rescinded. No amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were previously designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
