Section 2104(a) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397dd(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (27), by striking through 2026 and inserting through 2028 ; and in paragraph (28)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking for fiscal year 2027 and inserting for fiscal year 2029 ; in subparagraph (A), by striking beginning on October 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2027 and inserting beginning on October 1, 2028, and ending on March 31, 2029 ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking beginning on April 1, 2027, and ending on September 30, 2027 and inserting beginning on April 1, 2029, and ending on September 30, 2029 .
Section 2104(m) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397dd(m) ) is amended— in paragraph (2)(B)(i), by striking , 2023, and 2027 and inserting 2023, and 2029 ; in paragraph (5), by striking or 2027 and inserting or 2029 ; in paragraph (7)— in subparagraph (A), by striking fiscal year 2027, and inserting fiscal year 2029 ; and in the flush left matter at the end, by striking or fiscal year 2026. and inserting fiscal year 2026, or fiscal year 2028. ; in paragraph (9), by striking or 2027 and inserting or 2029 ; and in paragraph (11)— in the paragraph header, by striking and inserting fiscal year 2027 ; and fiscal year 2029 in subparagraph (C)— by striking fiscal year 2026 each place it appears and inserting fiscal year 2028 ; and by striking fiscal year 2027 and inserting fiscal year 2029 .
Section 50101(b)(2) of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–123 ) is amended— in the paragraph header, by striking and inserting fiscal year 2027 ; fiscal year 2029 by striking fiscal year 2027 each place it appears and inserting fiscal year 2029 ; and by striking beginning on October 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2027 and inserting beginning on October 1, 2028, and ending on March 31, 2029 . Section 1139A(i)(1) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320b–9a(i)(1)) is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking at the end and ; in subparagraph (D), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: for each of fiscal years 2028 and 2029, $15,000,000 for the purpose of carrying out this section (other than subsections (e), (f), and (g)). .
Section 2105(d)(3) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397ee(d)(3) ) is amended— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting through September 30, 2027 ; and through September 30, 2029 in subparagraph

Section 2105(g)(4) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397ee(g)(4) ) is amended— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting through 2027 ; and through 2029 in subparagraph (A), by striking through 2027 and inserting through 2029 . Section 2113 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397mm ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking through 2027 and inserting through 2029 ; and in paragraph (3), by striking through 2027 and inserting through 2029 ; and in subsection (g)— by striking 2017,, and inserting 2017, ; by striking and $48,000,000 and inserting $48,000,000 ; and by inserting after through 2027 the following: , and $40,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2028 and 2029 . Section 2104(n) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397dd(n) ) is amended— by striking 2024 through 2026 each place it appears and inserting 2024 through 2028 ; and by striking 2023, and 2027 each place it appears and inserting 2023, and 2029 . Section 1902(e)(13)(I) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396a(e)(13)(I) ) is amended by striking 2027 and inserting 2029 .
