In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Special Inspector General for Pandemic Recovery, $12,000,000, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses in carrying out section 4018 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act ( Public Law 116–136 ).
