Section 615 (c)(7)(A) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17194 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2030; and $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2031. .
