Section 221(e) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1301(e) ) is amended by striking section 513 and inserting section 513, or the requirements of section 608, . Section 221(f)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1301(f)(1) ) is amended by striking $225,000,000 and all that follows before the period and inserting $400,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 .
