(e)through (g), respectively. Section 220 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1300 ) is amended by inserting before subsection
(i)the following: The requirements of section 608 shall apply to any construction of an alternative water source project carried out using assistance made available under this section. . Section 220(i)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1300(i)(1) ) is amended by striking or wastewater or by treating wastewater and inserting , wastewater, or stormwater or by treating wastewater or stormwater . Section 220(j) ( 33 U.S.C. 1300(j) ) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act is amended by striking a total of $75,000,000 for fiscal years 2002 through 2004 and inserting $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 .
