Section 122 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1274(c) ) is amended by striking subsection
(c)and inserting the following: The requirements of section 608 shall apply to any construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of treatment works receiving a grant under this section. There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026. .
