The Federal Communications Commission shall take all actions necessary to— repeal section 73.658 of the Commission’s rules (47 CFR 73.658); repeal subpart F of part 76 of the Commission’s rules; and modify subpart S of part 76 of the Commission’s rules by eliminating any requirements relating to network nonduplication and syndicated exclusivity for open video systems.
